Our Fees
We strongly believe in upfront pricing and fees. There is nothing worse than surprise bills. We tell you our fees right on our webpage.

At other law firms you will walk past the partner's Maserati or S-Class on the way to a well-appointed office. Remember, that those were purchased with the fees they charge. I would rather charge affordable rates and continue to drive my 1990 F-250 than be one of "those" attorneys. It takes skill and dedication to keep a 35 year old truck on the road, it takes little of either to buy a brand new luxury car.

Eviction Services
Evictions are performed in two parts. Phase 1 is the possession phase. This is where the court decides who gets possession of the house, apartment, or trailer space, the landlord or the tenant. After the possession hearing comes Phase 2, or the damages phase. This is where the court decides how much the tenant, and sometimes the landlord, owes. We offer a $650 flat rate for Phase 1 and Phase 2 is always hourly at $300 an hour. Commercial evictions are hourly only.
$650 flat rate for Possession Phase - $300 per hour for Damages Phase
Lease Review
With the passing of the CARES Act the landscape of Alaska Evictions changed dramatically. If you have a LIHTC, USDA, HUD, HPWA, Section 8, or AHFC property there are numerous state and federal rules you are required to comply with, even your notices to quit are different than standard Alaska ones. Let us help you ensure your lease not only meets, but exceeds federal and state standards. This is an area of law we really do enjoy. We can also review leases for non-covered properties as well. All lease reviews are $300 an hour.

Family Law
It is never easy going to an attorney for a family law issue. Despite how hard it is on everyone there is a need for it. We do provide family law services related to divorce, property division, custody, and child support. As such family law clients are charged at a higher rate given the contentious and emotional nature. Family law is hard on everyone, including the attorneys.
